The Chairman of the Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading believes there could be a change in the law on credit and debit card charges.
An investigation by the UK OFT has recommended that no charge should be made for using debit cards, and that details of credit card charges should be made clearer.
The Island's OFT agrees with the findings, but the conclusions currently have no legally binding requirements.
Some air operators serving the Island apply charges to customers using cards to book flights.
Bill Henderson is hopeful that operators may be forced to listen to the findings [play clip]
