An MHK asking more questions after a court case was dropped because of the way police handled the investigation.

The Isle of Man Constabulary is now reviewing the case.
Onchan member Peter Karran is raising the matter in the House of Keys next week.
He wants to know if any of the officers involved have been suspended.
The defendant was related to a serving police officer and Mr Karran also wants to know if this is a factor being considered in the disciplinary investigation.
