Last year's solo and sidecar champions will look to retain their titles at the 2011 Southern 100.
Ryan Farquhar will face stiff competition for his title from former winner Guy Martin, Cameron Donald and Ian Lougher.
Conor Cummins, Michael Dunlop and William Dunlop will also feature in the solo classes.
Klaus Klaffenbock and Dan Sayle will look to bounce back from mechanical failure in the TT by defending their Southern 100 crown.
