The Manx public is being asked its opinions on cutting red tape for planning applications.
The Department of Infrastructure is looking to increase the amount of work that can be done without needing planning permission.
It's hoped the proposed changes would also cut the need for the Government to apply for planning permission for work on some of its own properties, such as Noble's Hospital, the NSC and Douglas Outer Harbour.
The Department believes the current system delays or in some cases prevents work being undertaken because of the lengthy planning process.
Responses can be submitted via the Government's website until August fifteenth.
