An MHK wants Tynwald to reverse the decision to make changes to breast cancer services.
The Department of Health plans to employ a breast surgeon who would also carry out other types of surgery.
This would replace the locum doctor who at the moment only deals with breast care.
Some people think services are being downgraded.
Health bosses says this isn't true and that there'll still be the same high standard of breast care.
They say pressure will also be taken off other consultants at the hospital.
Brenda Cannell has been campaigning against the move.
She'll ask Tynwald to agree that a dedicated breast surgeon is employed.
