Police are gearing up for a busy evening tomorrow when around 9,000 people will flock to Douglas for the Elton John concert.
Parking for the gig will be in the grounds of Noble's Park and police are expecting a big rush on the roads as people hurry to be there before 7pm.
Police predict gridlock and will be out on the roads nearby to manage traffic.
Inspector Richard Power says it would help if people could avoid bringing their cars if possible.[play audio file below]
