The Office of Fair Trading has been looking into the hospitality packages for the Elton John concert after being contacted by a number of concerned ticketholders.
The platinum and gold hospitality packages were sold through the Isle of Man Bay Festival, which has since been cancelled.
Some who purchased tickets were worried that this meant they wouldn't get to see the show.
Elton's promoters, Marshal Arts Limited, say the tickets have been sent to Isle of Man Bay Festival.
The Bay Festival organisers remain responsible for providing the hospitality element of the package.
Marshal Arts says it believes Bay Festival organisers will be contacting those who purchased hospitality packages with details of the arrangements.
Energy FM contacted Isle of Man Bay Festival regarding hospitality tickets. Organisers confirmed to us that they are expecting delivery of the tickets, and that they will then be forwarded on.
