The ACU says the red flag incidents in yesterday's Supersport race didn't affect the podium places.
A red flag was mistakenly shown by a marshal at Ramsey, resulting in five riders stopping.
The incident was reported over the loud speakers around the course.
The Union Mills marshals thought this meant the race was to be stopped, and also showed the red flag.
Keith Amor, Guy Martin and Cameron Donald, all slowed as a result of the Union Mills flag.
The ACU says Race Control doesn't believe this incident affected the podium places, and that those who stopped at Ramsey were given estimated times.
