Coast Road reopens. Mountain remains closed

The Laxey to Ramsey Coast Road has reopened after a crash at Bulgham Bay.

It was closed for over an hour earlier.

Police described the incident as serious.

Meanwhile a large oil spill may have been to blame for a crash on the Mountain Road this morning.

Emergency services were called to deal with an incident at Brandywell, the road has been closed since.

Police say the oil spill stretches from Brandywell and continues right through to Hilberry in Onchan.

Efforts are being made to clean the spill and there's no word on what time it's due to reopen.
