TT marshals are threatening to quit over a radio message from the Clerk of the Course during last night's practice session.
It's reported that Eddie Nelson sent a message to marshals telling them to "stop whingeing about nothing" when they questioned why it took so long to re-open the roads at the end of a session.
A number have expressed their anger on iomtt.com forums, stating they're considering giving up whilst Mr Nelson remains in charge.
One post says a number have already quit, and that there could be a shortage in marshals this evening
Some have asked for a public apology from Mr Nelson, whilst others have called for him to be sacked.
Earlier this week there were concerns over how long it was taking to relieve marshals of their duties after a session, particularly those based on the Mountain Road.
