TT 2011 got underway tonight at 1820 with Roy Hanks leading away the sidecar newcomers.
Shortly after, it was the turn of the more experienced men and it was Klaus Klaffenbock and Dan Sayle who were fastest with a lap of 110.911mph in 20 minutes 24.66 seconds.
Tony Elmer and Darren Marshall finished the night second at 106.977 mph, with a time of 21 minutes 9.70 seconds.
It was the Honda of Simon Neary and Jason Crowe in third, with a lap of 106.971 mph and a time of 21 minutes 9.76 seconds.
