The husband of Joanna Brown has been jailed for 26 years after being convicted of her manslaughter.
The former Island resident was killed in a hammer attack at her home in Ascot last year.
After he had killed her, Robert Brown took her to woodland and buried her there.
A jury found the 47 year old pilot not guilty of murder on the grounds he had been suffering from an adjustment disorder because of stress brought on by divorce proceedings.
He was convicted of manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility.
Brown will be eligible for parole in 13 years.
