The Chairman of the Office of Fair Trading says they're bending over backwards to try to get information out of the organisers of the Isle of Man Bay Festival.
The event was cancelled earlier this week and there's confusion over refunds for people who've bought tickets.
It's been indicated they will get all their money back, but the OFT says the refund process is unclear.
At the moment people are advised to follow the instruction to write to the organisers to ask for their money back and get proof of postage.
There's also confusion over people having to come up with proof that they purchased tickets, especially if they were booked through the HMV website.
The OFT will issue further information when it's available.
Bill Henderson says they've been having trouble getting hold of the organiser.[Play audio file below]
