The Office of Fair Trading has issued another statement about refunds for people who've bought tickets for the cancelled Isle of Man Bay Festival.
Yesterday, the OFT said by law people are entitled to get all their money back.
However today, Chief Officer Paul Gelling says at the moment the situation is not completely clear.
They're trying to get more information from the organiser to confirm that is intended to give full refunds and to ask more about the process.
Mr Gelling says at this point he has no reason to doubt that full refunds will be paid.
People are asked to continue following the refund process by writing to the Bay Festival to get their money back.
They're advised to get proof of postage.
The OFT will issue further information when the situation becomes clearer.
