Severe damage to flat after fire

Fire crews spent two hours tackling a blaze at a flat in Ramsey.

 

Neighbours raised the alarm on Saturday morning after hearing the smoke detector.

 

Severe fire damage was caused to the bedroom with the remainder of the flat sustaining smoke damage

 

The cause of the fire is unknown and remains under investigation
