Members of the public are being asked to help the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture tackle diseased elm trees.
DEFA's Forestry Division wants those who spend time in the Manx countryside to report diseased and unhealthy trees so that officials can take action.
The Open Elm Project has its own website with details of how to identify elms, and instructions on how to report a diseased elm.
As well as the website, there are also iPhone and Android mobile phone applications which can be downloaded for free.
