TT3D heading for top 10 grossing documentaries in UK

A British newspaper says it expects TT3D: Closer to the Edge to enter the top ten grossing documentaries of all time in the UK box office.

The film, following the 2010 races, has taken nearly £800,000 in three weeks.

The Guardian expects the film to surpass the £1million mark and become one of the most successful documentaries ever.

The publication believes TT3D will enter the top ten excluding music concert documentaries over the coming weeks.

A two week run of the film on Island sold out quickly and had to be extended. It's also going to be shown three times a day during TT fortnight.
