A public meeting will be held later to talk about Department of Health plans to alter breast care services.
The dedicated breast cancer surgeon at Noble's Hospital is to be replaced with another doctor who will also carry out other types of surgery.
Some people see it as a downgrading of care, but the department says the standard of services will remain the same.
The meeting is being organised by an action group which was set up by people who're concerned at the plans.
Minister David Anderson says he's agreed to attend the meeting to reiterate his department's stance.
It's on at the Legion Club in Douglas at 7.30 tonight.
