The Health Minister has agreed to attend a meeting being organised by a group of people who're concerned about changes to the Island's breast care services.
An action group has been set up after it was announced the dedicated breast surgeon is to be replaced with a consultant who will also carry out other types of surgery.
Minister David Anderson says he'll be at the meeting to reiterate the Department's decision.
He says the new consultant will still provide the same exceptional level of care as the current locum doctor does.
The meeting is on Monday at the Manx Legion Club in Douglas at 7.30pm and anyone can attend.
Julie Stokes from the action group hopes that the powers that be are listening to their concerns.
