A consultation is being launched to find out what people think about changing the way government workers are employed.
At the moment there are 15 different employing bodies across the public sector, including the Whitley Council and the Civil Service Commission.
A study by the Council of Minister's has recommended that a single body be created.
The consultation is available on the government's website.
Unions gave input into the review and say they're open minded about the proposal.
However, President of the Trades Council Angela Moffatt says she's unhappy with the wording of the consultation.[Play audio file below]
