Talks to try to settle the industrial dispute at the Isle of Man Post Office will take place again this week.
Strike action was called off earlier this month following last minute talks between the Union and management.
Around 200 staff had voted in favour of taking industrial action in the row over pay.
Post Office bosses say they can't award a pay rise because of a government pay freeze.
The Communication Worker's Union will meet with management on Wednesday.
