The Isle of Man Government says it's business as usual for the Island's e-gaming companies, despite the problems currently facing PokerStars.
Two of the online poker site's senior personnel were charged with financial offences in the US last week.
The Department of Economic Development says it's too soon to comment on the allegations, but that PokerStars' licensing status remains unchanged.
The US Department of Justice has now agreed to release funds that were held by PokerStars back to former customers in America.
The domain name has also been released for use by PokerStars outside of America.
The Government says its policy is to provide a well regulated juristiction for online gambling
