More bad news for Pokerstars

A Las Vegas casino operator has severed its links with Isle of Man based Pokerstars, after two of its founders were charged with financial crimes.

Wynn Resorts has cancelled its tie up with Pokerstars, just three weeks after they joined forces.

Eleven online poker bosses from three sites were charged with money laundering, bank fraud and illegal gambling on Friday.

The FBI has seized Pokerstars' US domain, taking the site offline
