Extra bus service due to roadworks

An extra bus service has been brought in in the south of the Island as road works have been disrupting the normal route.

 

The additional bus will run between Bridson Street in Port Erin and Vicarage Close in Ballabeg whilst the works on Main Road are ongoing.

 

Resurfacing works started this morning, and the Department of Infrastructure says considerable disruption was caused to bus users.

 

Buses will leave Port Erin hourly from 9.15 until 12.15, and then from 1.45 until 3.45, leaving Ballabeg 12 minutes later, and arriving back in Port Erin 10 minutes after that
