The government has decided the Isle of Man should have a second casino.
The Council of Ministers has agreed to grant a licence and is now looking to find a company to create a casino resort complex.
CoMin wants the development to include a 4 or 5 star hotel, conference facilities and a mix of leisure activities.
There's been a debate for a number of years over the issuing of a second licence, with concerns over whether gambling should be encouraged.
Economic Development Minister Allan Bell thinks the creation of a new casino will stimulate the economy.
