New Governor to be sworn in

The new Lieutenant Governor of the Isle of Man is to be sworn in today.
Adam Wood, a recently retired member of the British Diplomatic Service, arrived on Island earlier this week.
The ceremony takes place at Caslte Rushen later this morning.
Roads around the Castle will close at 10.30.
He takes over the role from Vice Admiral Sir Paul Haddacks, who left the Island last week.
