Demolish the Queen's Pier in Ramsey or pave the way for its future refurbishment.
They're the only two possible options according to the Infrastructure Minister.
Phil Gawne is preparing to go to Tynwald to ask for £1.8m for works to make the structure safe.
If the motion doesn't get support, Mr Gawne says he'll be back asking for permission to have it demolished.
He worried the MHKs might not want to commit to spending money on the pier with the election looming.[Play audio file below]
