Last ditch attempts will be made to resolve the row at the Post Office before staff go on strike.
Around 250 postal workers will walk out for 24 hours on 12th April.
The Post Office has refused to give a staff pay rise, saying current finances don't allow for it and that they're bound to a public sector pay freeze.
Bosses have condemned the strike action and are making contingency plans.
National Officer for the Communication Workers Union Terry Pullinger says meetings will take place tomorrow and Thursday.
