250 of the Island's postal workers are to strike on April 12th.
The 24 hour walkout will begin at 5.30am.
It's the first ever Post Office strike on the Island.
The Communication Workers Union says none of its members want to strike but they've been left with little choice.
Workers feel their employers are treating them unfairly by not giving them a pay rise despite increased profits at the Post Office.
Bosses say they're tied to a government pay freeze.
