The Isle of Man Football Association is deciding what action it should take following violence at the end of a veteran's match at the weekend.
It's understood the referee was targeted after the Ronaldsway v Onchan game on Sunday (27th March).
The FA says it's received a report from the referee and will now commence disciplinary action.
It's believed the player involved was from Ronaldsway.
Further details will be released once the disciplinary committee have met and determined what will be done.
