The Island's economy is faring well according to the Isle of Man Government's latest figures.
The quarterly report, which covers the end of 2010, revealed a growth of between 4 and 5%.
Treasury Minister Anne Craine says it shows a record number of people in employment, falling unemployment and property prices are remaining steady.
Mrs Craine credits this to the success of the Island's diverse private sector.[Play audio file below]
