The Chairman of the Isle of Man Post Office says contingency plans are in place if workers strike.
Alan Crowe says the Post Office will look after its customers in the event of strike action, but hopes it won't come to that.
Yesterday, the Communication Workers Union, which represents over half of the Post Office's staff, announced its members had voted in favour of industrial action to resolve a pay dispute.
The Union says its members were promised a pay rise, but the Post Office says it's tied by the Government pay freeze.
