Workers at the Isle of Man Post Office have voted in favour of strike action in a row over pay.
The Communication Workers Union says its members were promised a pay increase, but the Post Office says it's tied to the Government pay freeze.
No dates or details of any strike action have been announced and the Union says it's still hopeful the situation can be resolved before it comes to a walkout.
Assistant secretary Terry Pullinger says profits are up at the Post Office but workers aren't getting recognition for this. [Play audio file below]
