Workers at the Isle of Man Post Office have voted in favour of strike action over a pay dispute.
Over 85% of members voted, with 84% of those supporting industrial action.
Over half of the Post Office's work force are members of the Communication Workers Union.
The CWU says its members were promised a pay increase, but the Post Office says it's tied to the Government pay freeze.
The Union is still hopeful the situation can be resolved before the need for strike action.
As yet no date for a strike has been announced.
