New political role for Malarkey

Home Affairs political member Bill Malarkey is to have a greater role within the Department.

The South Douglas MHK currently has responsibility for the probation service, and now extends his remit to the Isle of Man Prison.

The move comes as the Department of Home Affairs introduces a combined service for probation and the prison.
