A union leader says postal workers don't want to strike.
Terry Pullinger from the Communication Workers Union says employees at the Isle of Man Post Office are only threatening industrial action in order to get a pay rise.
The union says its workers were promised a pay increase, but the Post Office says it can't go against the Government pay freeze.
Mr Pullinger told Granada Reports that he hoped the situation can be resolved before any action is taken [play clip]
