12 jobs have gone at the Department of Home Affairs.
Half of the workforce at the Department's Homefield Headquarters have been affected.
The staff cuts come after the DHA was asked to make saving of £2.5 million pounds and are just part of the cost-cutting measures that have been introduced.
Seven of the workers affected are senior and middle management and the other five are lower admin and secretarial grades.
