A new tenpin bowling and leisure centre in Ramsey is said to be on target to open this Easter.
Ramsey Commissioners gave the contract to develop the former Swimming Pool to Buffalo Bowling and Leisure, which is a Manx registered company.
Members of the local authority were taken on a tour of the building last week as the new flooring was being fitted.
They say they're pleased it's set to be open for Easter and say that people Island wide will be able to benefit from a major leisure attraction.
The Island has been without tenpin bowling facilities since 2006.
The former Superbowl in Douglas has been lying unused since the Sefton Group closed the Castle Mona Hotel.
