Manslaughter accused remanded in custody

A teenager accused of manslaughter has been remanded in custody.

Ryan James Oakey is charged with the offence following the death of 44 year old Mark Green.

Mr Green collapsed and died following an incident at his home on Hillside Avenue on Saturday morning.

Oakey is also charged with offences of affray and threats to kill.

At a brief court appearance earlier today, 19 year old Oakey was remanded in custody until next Tuesday.
