The union involved in the Isle of Man Post Office pay dispute is urging its members to support a strike.
The Communication Workers Union confirmed yesterday that it will ballot its members for industrial action.
The union says it has tried to avoid a ballot, but that there has been no movement from the Post Office over pay.
The organisation is also appealing to the Post Office to start negotiations and settle the dispute now.
The ballot will open on February 18th and close on March 16th
