Roadworks begin on Derby Road

One of the main roads in Peel will be closed for seven weeks from this morning.

Derby Road will shut from Albany Road to the entrance to Shoprite car park.

The closure is for carriageway reconstruction and partial reconstruction of both footpaths.

Manx gas will also carry out works to the gas main.

Full access to Shoprite and Peel Medical Centre will be maintained from the north section of Derby Road
