Festive holidaymakers urged to check passports

Those planning on heading abroad over Christmas are being urged to check their passports before they leave the Island.

The Isle of Man Passport and Immigration Office, which handles all passport applications, will be closed for much of the festive period.

The Office offers a same day service should anyone find out their passport is invalid.

The Office will close on Christmas Eve until December 30th, and again from New Year's Eve to January 4th.
