Chief Constable issues Christmas message

The Island's Chief Constable is wishing the Manx public a safe and happy Christmas.

Mike Langdon says the Constabulary's role is to ensure as many people as possible enjoy the festivities.

However, he says there are always some who spoil it for others by drink driving and behaving in an anti-social manner.
