Over 98% of the Island's unemployed young people turned down the chance to learn work skills.
450 people aged 16 to 24 who are not in employment, education or training, or NEETs, were invited to the Prepare for Work course by the Department of Economic Development.
Only 17 said they would attend, and just 8 actually turned up.
The course focused on inproving interview skills, increasing confidence and creating a CV.
The Department says it's disappointed with the level of attendance.
A further course will be held in March
