Breast surgery, Michael Primary School and car tax are amongst the topics to be discussed in Tynwald this morning.

Members will start with the question paper, before moving on to the rest of the order paper.

Elsewhere on the order paper, the select committee on the MEA will present its report and recommendations.

Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne will ask Tynwald to approve nearly £3.5million worth of funds to be spent on a new radar system at Ronaldsway.
