MHK seeks update on car tax review

An update on a review into car tax will be made in Tynwald this week.

Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne announced earlier this year that his Department would review vehicle excise duty.

Some Tynwald members were unhappy with the increases made in April to excise on some vehicle classes.

Rushen MHK Juan Watterson has asked the Minister to make a statement on the review in the December sitting of Tynwald.
