A code of practice to promote positive race relations is being distributed to those working in the public sector.
The Department of Home Affairs hopes the guidelines will help those who provide services on behalf of the Government to adhere to the Race Relations Act.
The Code went out to public consultation earlier this year, and was laid before Tynwald in October.
The Department says racial discrimination is not widespread on the Island, and that it should not be tolerated.
