Footpaths at Langness, the Southern Area Plan and the Island's psychology service are amongst the topics to be discussed in the House of Keys this morning.
Onchan MHK Peter Karran will ask for an update on the issue of rights of way on the Langness peninsula.
An enquiry found that such rights did exist, but landowners - including Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson - appealed against the findings, taking the case to the High Court.
There'll also be the first reading of the Income Tax Bill, and the second readings of three other Treasury Bills, by Minister Anne Craine.
The House of Keys sits from 10.00AM
