Fears over faulty electrical equipment

The Office of Fair Trading has issued a safety alert to electricians on the Island.

The dept has concerns over Miniature circuit breakers that were installed between April 2009 and this February. The risk only applies to breakers below 16 amp.

The company that supplied the equipment has offered a free replacement to all customers.
