New bus network here to stay

The Minister for Community, Culture and Leisure has refused to withdraw the new bus network.

David Cretney says the number of complaints about the changes are falling, and that the amendments are being accepted.

However, North Douglas MHKs John Houghton and Bill Henderson are still unhappy with the changes in their constituency.

In a meeting yesterday, Mr Houghton asked the Minister to abolish the new network.

The North Douglas MHKs are not happy with changes to the services through Willaston.
